This Privacy Policy describes how NeverMiss, a service of Seth Ventures LLC ("NeverMiss," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when we provide our 24/7 AI receptionist and missed-call text-back services to local service businesses (our "Clients"), and when you visit this website or contact us.
Information we collect
Information about our Clients' callers and customers. When someone calls or texts a Client business that uses NeverMiss, we process the information needed to answer the call and help them, which may include:
- Caller name and phone number
- Appointment details (requested service, date and time, address for service visits, and similar booking information)
- The content of the conversation, including call recordings and written transcripts of calls and text-message exchanges
- Messages left for the business and notes taken by the receptionist during the call
Information about our Clients. We collect our Client businesses' contact details, service information (such as services offered, hours, and pricing the Client provides to us), and calendar information needed to book appointments.
Information you give us directly. If you email us, message us, or request a demo or audit through this website, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
How we use information
- To answer calls and text messages on behalf of our Clients, in the Client's business name
- To book, confirm, remind about, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- To send missed-call text-backs and appointment-related text messages as described in our Terms of Service
- To notify the Client business about calls, messages, and appointments (including call summaries, recordings, and transcripts)
- To operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the quality and safety of the service
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
SMS and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text-messaging consent records, or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information obtained through our SMS program is used only to provide the messaging service described in our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- With the Client business you contacted. Calls, messages, recordings, transcripts, and appointment details are provided to the business you called or texted — that is the purpose of the service.
- With service providers. We use trusted vendors for telephony, messaging, artificial-intelligence processing, calendar, and hosting functions. They process information only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of NeverMiss, our Clients, or others.
We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Call recordings, transcripts, and appointment records are retained for as long as the relevant Client's account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward so the Client can access its records, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course of business. Information you send us directly (such as demo or audit requests) is retained for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. You may contact us to request deletion as described below.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out at any time.
- Access, correction, or deletion: to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us at the address below. If your information relates to a call or appointment with one of our Client businesses, we may direct your request to that business, which controls its customer records.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
